Conferencing and Team building Facilities
The farm has facilities to do conferencing of up to 90 people seated without tables and 60 people seated with tables currently. Plans are in place to grow to 120, with tables by next year June/July. These consists of two separate rooms of rustic design giving one the ambiance of a relaxed outdoor atmosphere enabling maximum concentration throughout the day.
Teas, coffees and biscuits are served twice per day, with water and mints supplied throughout the conference. Lunch is served in an adjacent room of duplicate design, which maximises your break times.
Team building events are arranged to suite your needs. These are designed and delivered by qualified and specialised people to ensure the safety of your people and clients. Activities offered range from volley ball, touch rugby, soccer, obstacle courses, tree slides to paint ball games and virtually anything you can dream up.
There are a number of other activities in and around the farm, such as bush walks amongst the animals, swimming, hikes up to a beautiful panoramic waterfall and sunset drives up to the foot of the Witzenberg mountain, led by official guides.
Literally minutes away from the farm itself, there is trout and bass fishing, mountain bike trails, a golf course, paddling on Voelvlei dam (30km away), historic tours of Tulbagh, wine and olive tasting routes and many more.

Accommodation
This consists of self-catering bush tents as well as log cabins and stone cottages. The tents sleep up to 4 people and have their own private shower and toilet. The log cabins are suitable for two adults and two children alternatively 5 adults in the conference configuration. The stone cottages sleep up to eight people in the family configuration and 5 in the conference configuration. The stone cottages have two en suite bathrooms with a spa bath/shower, toilet and basin in the one and the other has a shower, toilet and basin. All units have electricity and are equipped with a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, linen a two-plate burner and a bar fridge. Although linen is supplied, you would need to bring your own towels. Each unit has it's own braai facilities. The stone cottages have indoor and outdoor braais. There is a swimming pool as well as a lapa, where one can braai for large groups as well.

Wildlife
Various kinds of game can be seen at Witzenberg. There are Zebra as well as Bontebok, Eland, Springbok, Gemsbok, Steenbok and Duiker. During a night walk you may stumble across a Porcupine or two. Otters have been seen playing in the Boontjies River and early risers might see a mongoose running through the bushes. The game are extremely human friendly so much so that the birth of a Bontebok was witnessed by visitors during the September holidays.
Birdlife is abundant with over 68 species having been identified. Amongst others are sunbirds, weavers, canaries, swallows and flycatchers. Black eagles, harriers and white-necked ravens have been seen soaring above. Owls can be heard hooting in the trees at night time.

Location
Witzenberg Game Park is situated in the Breede River Valley and is approximately one and a half hour's drive from Cape Town. Wolseley, Ceres and Tulbagh are all within a 15km radius with Wolseley being only 2km away.
Directions
Take the N1 out of Cape Town. Take the Stellenbosch, Klapmuts, Wellington (R44) exit. Keep left and approximately 23km further on turn left again at the Hermon, Ceres signpost. Continue for 53km through the Nuwekloof Pass and at the T-junction turn right to Wolseley. Continue for a further 6km where you will see the Grain and Grape Country Restaurant on your left hand side. Just pass that then take the Witzenberg, Boontjiesrivier turnoff to your left. Proceed along the gravel road for 2.5 km and once again turn left. Drive a short distance and you will see Witzenberg Game Park on your left.
Alternative routes are via Worcester or over Bainskloof Pass.
